The thought of human grading never really seemed enticing as humans are imperfect and can easy misjudge and reduce a cards true value with even the slightest misjudgment. What is your your biggest complaint about the big 3? It's the consistency. How many customer videos have we seen of people speaks resubmitting over and over again to the big 3 and it comes back with a different grade every time. Honestly besides the consistency with AI and the beautiful gold labels, I can easily say my favorite reason is their customer service. Every single time I leave a comment or send a Dm, I receive a reply within minutes.
