We've listened to customer feedback and streamlined our communication process to keep you updated as your packages move through our system. Now, when your package arrives at our facility, you'll receive an automated notification—no need to manually track down updates or reach out to our support team.

Here's how you'll be notified:

  • Email: If you have provided a valid email address on your account, you will receive an email notification when your package arrives.

  • SMS: For customers who have added their phone number to their account, we’ll send a text message to keep you in the loop.

  • Push Notification: If you have the Robograding mobile app installed on your phone, you’ll also receive a push notification, ensuring you never miss an update.

These notifications will be triggered automatically as long as you’ve entered the correct tracking information when submitting your items.
