Automated Grading Systems (AGS) Update: Performance Improvements

Manual Card Popup - Disclaimer (accepting sports cards released after 2012) (web, apps)

Disclaimer: We've added a disclaimer to the Customer Manual Card Popup, letting customers know that we only accept sports cards released after 2012. This helps ensure that we're grading cards accurately and fairly, and that customers know what to expect when submitting their cards for grading.

Partner Program Marketing Content - Two more videos (web, apps)

We have added two more videos to our Partner Program Marketing Content. These videos are available on both the web and mobile apps, With the addition of these two new videos, partners will have even more resources at their disposal to promote. The videos are professionally produced and provide a clear and concise overview of our grading process.

Changed estimated ‘delivery’ to estimated ‘shipping’ instead on order detail (web, apps)

We've updated the wording on our order detail pages to reflect that we're estimating shipping times, not delivery times, By changing the wording from "delivery" to "estimated shipping", we are making it clear that the estimate refers to the time it will take for the order to be shipped from our facility to the customer's address. This change will help prevent confusion and provide more accurate information to our customers.

Public Card Page - Share to Instagram (able to download image in vertical format to be able to share on Instagram)

Customers can now share their graded cards on Instagram directly from our Public Card Page. They can download the image in a vertical format, making it easy to share their cards with their followers. We hope that this new feature will make it easier for our customers to share their favorite cards on social media and connect with other collectors in the Robograding community. As always, we are committed to improving our service and providing our customers with the best possible experience.

Huge performance improvements on order listing and detail pages. (web, soon on apps)

We've made significant improvement in performance for the order listing and detail pages on web, soon on apps. With this update, users will experience much faster loading times, even when dealing with large orders with hundreds of cards.
