Card pressing is common in comics — not cards.
Pressing causes:
pressure dents
texture flattening
foil layer separation
gloss distortion
edge flare
surface stress
AI picks up all of these defects instantly.
If a card is warped:
store it in controlled humidity
flatten naturally over time
avoid any mechanical pressure
Pressing almost always lowers grades.
